Precise flow control at µL/min-order flow rate range makes possible the introduction of the entire amount of eluate from the column into mass spectrometry detectors without splitting.
Gradient starting from 1 µL/min
Pulse-free high precision flow control enables a high-pressure mixing gradient from 1 µL/min by using two built-in pumps. The mixer section is a dynamic mixing system, and its chamber capacity is 20 µL. The degasser, using the new material Teflon AF, achieves high degassing efficiency even at a low degassing volume of 145µL, thereby shortening the time required for solvent exchange.

Excellent pump performance
A 2µL pump head, 1 mm external diameter plunger, and a pulse correction mechanism ensure the most reliable, accurate and stable solvent delivery at low µL/min flow rates. This results in a retention time and area value precision on par with conventional-scale HPLC. Recommended flow rate ranges are 0.2 to 200 µl/min for isocratic and 1.0 to 200 µl/min for gradient
