Chromatogram of Cytochrome C Tryptic Digest

Trypic digest is commonoly used to evaluate performance of micro HPLC system. Peaks of the digest were detected with excellent signal-to-noise ratio at 215 nm wavelength due to optimized UV flowcell designed. High-precion solvent delivery system enabled stable gradient profile offering a series of sharp fishbone like peaks.

Analysis of Bisphenol A using Online Pre-Column Concentration Method

Bisphenol A is known as one of endocrine disrupters exists in environment and to give unwanted biological effects even at low concentration below ppb. The standard water prepared contains 1 ppb each of Bisphenol A and related compounds.  200 µL of the standard was injected to the system. All peaks were detected with excellent signal-to-noise, confirming that the system meets the requirements of environmental water analysis.  The system can also be used in biological analysis of proteins and peptides.
