All-in-one system design minimizing dead volume
The micro21LC-01/02 Capillary Liquid Chromatograph is an all-in-one system combining two pumps for gradients, 4-line degasser, 2-line mixer with stirrer bar, and temperature controlled column oven. The compact design minimizes dead volume for reduction of band broadening due to the dispersion of analyte in the dead volume of the components and fittings. Built-in controller controls all components from pumps to column oven. Two models, micro21LC-01 for manual injection and micro21LC-02 for auto injection are available;
Optimized solvent delivery system realized robust and easy-to-use Micro HPLC System
Unique pump design allows a wide range of flowrates with unlimited continuous solvent delivery.
In HPLC, the peak concentration is inversely proportional to the square of the column I.D. Therefore, the use of columns of 0.15, 0.30, 0.50mm I.D. offers 100 - 1000 times higher peak concentration than conventional HPLC with 4.6 mm I.D. column.
Ideal HPLC for LC/MS
Capability of gradient elution with a flowrate as low as 1 µL/min enables direct connection to MS without wasting precious column effluent.
Solvent and reagent consumption is reduced to 1/50 - 1/100 of conventional HPLC. Reduction of total emission of hazardous waste materials from laboratory greatly saves cost of ownership.
Optimized flowcell design promises highly sensitive and stable detection
In absorbance detection, absorption signal is proportional to the cell path length. In micro HPLC, however, it is extremely difficult to have a long path length due to extra-column band broadening. We have optimized the flowcell path length minimizing unwanted peak broadening. Such flowcells are avariable for a variable wavelength UV/Vis and fluorescence detectors.
