Fluorescence
JASCO has a long lasting reputation in the field of fluorescence
detection. The spectrofluorometry line consists of tree basic models
with a very broad range of accessoiries to accomodate the customers
demands on all levels.
All instruments do have a horizontal slit image
The
sample illumination optics incorporate an all reflective image rotation
optical system to obtain high emission yields. Rotating the slit image
of the monochromator formed on the sample cell by 90 deg., the observed
volume of the sample illumination is enlarged by the slits
length-to-width ratio, resulting in higher emission intensity providing
an increase in sensitivity.
FP-6200The FP-6200 is the most cost effective general-purpose spectrofluorometer of the FP-6000 series.
The
sensitivity is one of most important factor in performance of
Fluorescence Spectrophotometer. The FP-6300 is proud of S/N ratio for
Raman band of water at 350 nm is greater than 450:1 (SBW: 10 nm on both
EX and EM, response: 2 sec., peak-to-peak). It corresponds to greater
than 1800:1 at same conditions (SBW: 10 nm on both EX and EM, response:
2 sec., RMS) as competitors
FP-6300
The
FP-6300 is a middle-range spectrofluorometer with a minimum 2.5 nm
resolution and a sample chamber of same size as the FP-6500 although
the compact design of 469 (W) x 500 (D) x 260 (H) mm.

High Quality Optical System
The
optical system utilizes high quality components including a DC-powered
150W Xenon lamp (in a sealed housing), holographic concave grating
monochromators, fast EX and EM direct scanning drive, variable slits
and horizontal sample illumination. Especially, minimum spectral
bandwidth of 2.5 nm on both EX and Em monochromators can get high
resolution data.

FP-6500
The
FP-6500 is the research-grade spectrofluorometer with a minimum 1 nm
resolution and a highest sensitivity S/N ratio 2200 or greater for the
Raman band of water.
It is especially designed
to keep in mind in order to meet requirements in biochemistry as
kinetics, stopped-flow, titration, or anisotropic measurements
