The new FT/IR-4000 and FT/IR-6000 models represent a broad range of instrumentation that redefine infrared spectroscopy as a powerful yet easy to use technique in a compact and reliable line of instruments with the highest signal-to-noise ratio. All models are controlled by Spectra Manager, JASCO's powerful cross-platform spectroscopy software package with USB communication. All models feature an auto-alignment function which maintains instrument optical alignment after beamsplitter changes or instrument movement.

FT/IR-4100 and FT/IR-4200

The new FT/IR-4000 series (FT/IR-4100 and FT/IR-4200) has been designed for general purpose analysis covering educational and routine analysis to research and development applications. The innovative hardware technology incorporated into this range of products provides a remarkable increase in the S/N ratio. The user friendly features of the new FT/IR-4000 series allows the operator to measure samples quickly and easily using the JASCO Quick Start System to perform routine measurements as well as automatic data processing functions, all with a single push of a button. In addition, the optional expandability and upgradeability allows wavenumber extension to cover NIR to Far-IR applications, micro analysis with an FT-IR microscope, IR imaging witha multi-channel microscope and the rapid scan option.

FT/IR-6100, FT/IR-6200 and FT/IR-6300

Thenew FT/IR-6000 series (FT/IR-6100, FT/IR-6200 and FT/IR-6300) comprises a top of the line research grade FT-IR instrument series from JASCO.The FT/IR-6000 series attains the highest performance level in its class with exceptional signal-to-noise ratio specifications. All models in the series are designed with flexibility and expandability in mind, making them suitable for a wide range of research applications. The FT/IR-6000 series is capable of measuring from the Near IR (15,000cm^-1) to Far IR (50 cm^-1). The top of the line FT/IR-6300 is equipped with Gold optical surfaces for FT-Raman and a rapid scan capability. In addition to the rapid scan option for the FT/IR-6100 and FT/IR-6200, Step scan and full-vacuum options are also available for all models in this series.
